Memories from Our Stay in Arhanes

All winter long we are thinking back to our last holidays in Crete and our stay in arhanes, a village on the island. It was a nice holiday because we were a good company, with friends that know each other for years now and it was the perfect mix. But it was also the area that has a lot of surprises for us. I took the family on a vacation through the South last fall, and found a great way to add in some amazing scenic locations which in some cases were only slightly off the main roads. We’re going to be living in a cottage we found by searching ‘self catering cottage Cornwall‘ online. We’re bringing our own personal chef too, our friend Ian. I better make sure he is well stocked for that. We have also agreed to pay for our share of the food. It’s going to be divided between the five of us, but we’re paying for Ian because he is the cook.
